 As a registered and certified coach through USA BOXING, James brings over 15 years of boxing experience. Having to train nationally ranked boxers both professional and amateur, James knows that only through sportsmanship can bring the true form of combat. Coaching organized sports for 20 years, his dedication to his work and love for developing skills with kids are a priority. As part owner, helping needy kid's shows in his relationship with everyone in the gym. James character can be easily compared to as a leader but humble enough to wrap your hands when you need it while showing someone else how to throw a punch all at the same time. James' desire is to help everyone reach thier goals, two boxing gloves at a time.

DANNY CORONA

An ALL AMERICAN football player, wrestler, and track, Danny is one person blessed enough to know during a lifetime. A hard worker, a dedicated friend, and family oriented mentality brings joy to ROCK BOXING GYM. As part owner, Danny will test your endurance and condition your fitness level to brink of exhaustion, but don't tell him that - " one more round " is what you'll get. Providing rounds after rounds of work out that will increase your speed, define your shape, and use your muscles you didn't know you had, ROCK BOXING GYM will push you to your limits. Versed in weight training, core, and strength work out, Danny will assist you in preparing for battle or losing that one pound off the scale.

MY TAKE ...

I have traveled to many places and have join countless fitness facilty from nation wide chains to a mutil million dollar gyms and i have yet to compare ROCK BOXING GYM to any of them. The personal attention you get and the friendly attitude you receive is just the beginning. The many faces you see in the gym, sweating, yelling, yearning for that bell to sound is a remarkable sign that few fitness facility with all the fancy equipment can not offer for the price they choose to provide. Truthfully, I don't know why your not driving there now to sign up......
